To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
1) The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, and with tags attached).
2) It must be in its original packaging.
3) The device should have no physical damage.
4) iCloud, passcode, SIM lock, and Google accounts must be logged out of the device.
5) A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If something isn’t quite right or you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, don’t worry!

As long as the item is returned in the same condition as when it was received, we can offer an
exchange.
Customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs. We will inform you of the shipping label cost, and please note that only our provided label can be used for shipping both ways.
